About Tonintl
Tonintl is a payment system builder. We design, develop and operate the technology that licensed payment institutions run on — acquiring platforms, gateways, issuing systems, e-money accounts, loyalty platforms, terminals and field-sales tools.
Our clients are in Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan and Canada. Engineering comes from work for bank provincial branches, licensed institutions in Hong Kong and Macau, and overseas PayFacs. We never touch funds. Clearing stays with the licence holder.
